There are two ways to redeem a Neverness to Everness code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Neverness to Everness and progress through the tutorial until the in-game mail feature unlocks (about 20 minutes — required to receive code rewards).
- Open the in-game phone menu.
- Tap the three-dot (⋯) menu.
- Select Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and tap Confirm.
- Open your in-game mailbox to claim the rewards.
Web Redemption Not Available
Neverness to Everness doesn't have a web redemption portal yet. The in-game method above is the only way to redeem codes for now — we'll update this guide as soon as the portal launches.
