Why doesn't this code work in my region?

Most publishers split codes by server region — Europe, America, Asia, and sometimes TW/HK/MO. A code that works on America may not work on Europe, even on the same game. Each code here is tagged with the regions it's been tested on. If your region isn't listed, it might still work — try it and let us know via the report button.

I entered the code and it says invalid. What now?

A few things to check, in order: 1. Typos. Codes are case-sensitive on most games. Use the Copy button instead of typing it manually. 2. Region mismatch. Confirm the code is listed for your server (see the region tags on the code card). 3. Already used. Each code can only be redeemed once per account. 4. Expired. Some publishers don't announce expiry dates — a brand-new code can quietly stop working before we update. If none apply, please report the code via the flag button on the code card so a moderator can re-verify it.

New codes from official livestreams (HoYoverse Special Programs, Wuthering Waves dev letters, etc.) usually appear here within minutes of being announced — often before the publisher's own social posts hit your feed. Codes from third-party promos and creators are added once we can verify them. The fastest way to catch a code before it expires is to set up email or Discord notifications — both are free and take 30 seconds.

Yes. Every code on this site comes from official sources — publisher livestreams, social channels, partner promos, or community submissions that we verify before publishing. We never ask for your game login or password. Redemption always happens on the publisher's own site or inside the game itself, so there's no way for a code to compromise your account.
