There are two ways to redeem a Wuthering Waves code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Wuthering Waves and complete the tutorial (codes need Union Level 2 or above).
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left of the screen.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Tap the Other tab, then Redemption Code.
- Paste the code and tap Confirm. Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox.
Web Method
Faster if you're already at a desktop. Rewards still arrive via in-game mail.
- Open the official Wuthering Waves redemption site.
- Log in with your Kuro Games account.
- Pick your server.
- Enter your in-game UID (found at the bottom-right of the main menu).
- Paste the redemption code.
- Click Redeem. Rewards arrive in-game via mail within a few minutes.
